- It was truly lovely and engaging to have this cooking experience together with Costanza. With her, we learned to make tortelloni and a particular filled roll, a recipe she was very attached to as a child, finishing with a delicious tiramisu. After the experience, we shared dinner with Costanza and her husband Paolo; being in their company was enlightening and extremely pleasant. On the top floor of the villa, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
