In our cozy attic, adorned with exposed beams and full of charm, we will delve into the art of homemade pasta. I will share with you traditional preparation methods, tips, and secrets that have been passed down through generations. We'll start with simple, fresh ingredients and transform them into delicious dishes. Once we've mastered the art of pasta, we'll move on to preparing one of Italy's most beloved desserts: Tiramisu. You will savor the true essence of Italian cuisine!

On the top floor of the villa, you will find a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
