The gold of Storo, local corn flour from our Chiese Valley. On my table, not only corn polenta, but also a tempting encore of tartlets with melted Casolet cheese, sautéed mushrooms accompanied by a cannolo of carne salada. The classic mountain dish, polenta and Bleggio sausage, with pork from Trentino, accompanied by the inevitable stewed sauerkraut, could not be missing. And to finish off the dessert, a glass of corn crumble and sponge cake, custard and sautéed apples with cinnamon, accompanied by a fragrant apple mulled wine.

- We organized an aperitivo-lunch with Cesarina Anna as the first stop on our group trip (19 people) to Trentino. The experience was wonderful; through a menu with various Trentino dishes, Anna explained the history of the local products and introduced us to lesser-known recipes, even demonstrating how to prepare them (potato tortel). Highly recommended!
