In this magical atmosphere, as your Cesarina, I let you savor the delicacies of Trentino: tasty and authentic dishes based on traditional recipes and local products. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
I am excited to offer an exclusive cooking course in which we will prepare bruschetta with typical local products, casunziei (a traditional filled pasta), and apple pie. My course is not just a demonstration of recipes, it's a journey into the heart of Trentino's gastronomic tradition.

During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, I let you savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth.
