Just a few minutes from the center of Trento, at the foot of Mount Calisio, I welcome you to an elegant villa from the early nineteenth century, surrounded by vineyards and with a spacious terraced garden. In this magical atmosphere, as your Cesarina, I let you savor the delicacies of Trentino: tasty and authentic dishes based on traditional recipes and local products. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
I am excited to offer an exclusive cooking course in which we will prepare bruschetta with typical local products, casunziei (a traditional filled pasta), and apple pie. My course is not just a demonstration of recipes, it's a journey into the heart of Trentino's gastronomic tradition.

- Constanta and Paolo are wonderful hosts, and their home is just beautiful. What a fun afternoon learning to cook dishes that my grandmother used to make.
- This was the highlight of our trip. Three of came to Constanza’s home where we were welcomed by her and her husband (translator when we needed some help). We had a person in our group who has a dairy intolerance and Costanza worked with us to make sure the ingredients she was using would be ok. We dug right in, literally, and made the pasta and tiramisu from scratch. Costanza had a beautiful table set where we gathered after cooking our meal to sit and enjoy. We felt more like family eating, drinking, and talking around the table. We learned so much that day and not just about how much better homemade pasta is versus store bought. A truly unforgettable experience!

On the top floor of the villa, we are welcomed into a warm and comfortable atmosphere, with exposed beams, in a charming attic. During the summer days, you can eat under the shade of the age-old yew tree, refreshed by the breeze from Mount Calisio. In this magical atmosphere, our Cesarina lets us savor Trentino's delicacies, tasty and authentic, based on traditional recipes and the fruits of the earth. This is what distinguishes Trentino, in addition to the charm of the natural environment and landscapes.
