In this magical setting, as your Cesarina, I invite you to savor the delights of Trentino: delicious, authentic dishes based on traditional recipes and local products. This is what truly sets Trentino apart, beyond the charm of its natural environment and landscapes.
I am excited to offer an exclusive cooking class where we will prepare bruschette with local specialties, Schlutzkrapfen – ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta – and apple cake. My class is not just a recipe demonstration; it is a journey into the heart of Trentino’s culinary tradition.

- It was a fantastic experience at a perfectly located villa with great surroundings, atmosphere and host. It was a very friendly, family feel kitchen with a large table that gave our group a fun learning experience. The host has good equipment and tools for preparing what we are cooking. Had clear recipes, gave good concise instructions. Constanza was friendly, warm, motherly. She and her husband prepared well. Her husband also spoke 4 languages, and English fluently. They showed us a renovated old villa, including many original construction details, shared their personal treasures of a magnificent villa (used to be a perfect summer house). Dinner was great. They started us on sparkling wine as a welcome toast, the with the lesson, we prepared a 3 course meals together, then at dinner, we had wines produced locally. They were very good. Good drinks, good conversations. We ended up staying for 4 1/2 hours than originally estimated 3 hours. We all had a great time. It was perfect! A big shout out of “thank you” to our hosts.
- A wonderful afternoon with Constanta and Paulo. Beautiful people and company, great atmosphere in a stunning location and a beautiful villa. We learned to cook great dishes which were mouth watering. Paulo did amazing wonderful job of translating as well as sharing lots of local information and Contanza is a wonderful cook and teacher. From the very beginning, they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable, creating a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made the entire experience special. Throughout the evening, we not only enjoyed fantastic food but also learned a lot, shared meaningful stories, and connected in a very genuine way. Cooking together and creating such a delicious dinner as a group made the experience even more memorable and unique. - It was truly lovely and engaging to have this cooking experience together with Costanza. With her, we learned to make tortelloni and a particular filled roll, a recipe she was very attached to as a child, finishing with a delicious tiramisu. After the experience, we shared dinner with Costanza and her husband Paolo; being in their company was enlightening and extremely pleasant. We recommend this experience even to Italians who want to challenge themselves in the kitchen 😊. Heartfelt thanks to Costanza and Paolo for their hospitality!

We thoroughly enjoyed their ability to balance having fun cooking and having fun eating/conversing.
