My name is Federica and I live in Cortona, one of the most well-known towns in Tuscany, with Etruscan origins and a beautiful view over the Valdichiana valley. The town is full of history, with stone streets, panoramic squares, and an authentic atmosphere that reflects the local traditions.In my kitchen, I prepare typical Tuscan dishes using seasonal, local ingredients: handmade pasta, traditional sauces, and homemade desserts.
