"I have always loved cooking traditional Venetian dishes, whether they are based on meat or fish, ranging from minestrone, homemade pasta, risotto, lasagna, stews, braised meats, rolls, tiramisu and grandmother's cakes. I combine techniques and pans from traditional to the more modern ones such as low temperature cooking and vitrified pots. I believe that the spaces we offer are extremely comfortable and welcoming in a quiet place immersed in the countryside with a view of the mountains. "
