We have always loved cooking traditional Venetian dishes, whether based on meat or fish, ranging from minestrone soups, homemade pasta, risottos, lasagnas, stews, braises, rolled dishes, tiramisu, and grandmother’s cakes. We combine traditional techniques and cookware with more modern ones, such as low-temperature cooking and enamelled pots. We believe that the spaces we offer are extremely comfortable and welcoming, situated in a peaceful setting surrounded by countryside with views of the mountains.
