"I've been passionate about cooking and regional recipes ever since, as a child, I enjoyed preparing gnocchi with pesto with my grandmother. I've always liked opening the house to relatives and friends, cooking for them, inventing opportunities to welcome them. At my table the dishes of the Ligurian culinary tradition, which comes from an indissoluble union between land and sea, just like our region: pansotti with walnut sauce, testaroli, Genoese top, stockfish in buridda, cuttlefish in zimino, tomaxelle, vegetables stuffed, ratatuja, chickpea porridge, focaccia... the list would be very long, they are all dishes to taste!
