My cooking philosophy is deeply rooted in the desire to convey the traditions of my region to my guests. I aim to express the love I have for my land through my dishes. My cuisine reflects the typical flavors of Cilento, where ingredients are sourced locally, often from my own garden, olive groves, and fruit trees. Sustainability is the guiding principle of my culinary philosophy, and I strongly oppose waste. I attended a culinary school to refine my techniques and knowledge, allowing me to play with traditional dishes while adding my own twist. I enjoy exchanging ideas and discussing with guests about the diverse habits and traditions that connect our home countries. Cilento is a wonderful land characterized by significant biodiversity, catering to various culinary preferences including vegan, vegetarian, meat, and seafood dishes.
