My name is Ilenia, and cooking has always been a special way for me to express affection, welcome others and bring people together. Preparing a dinner, a buffet or simply something delicious to share gives me the opportunity to create moments of conviviality and to share a little part of myself with others.My journey with Cesarine began several years ago, when I had the pleasure of being a Cesarina and sharing my cooking through the experience “Honouring the Wooden Board”. It was an experience I embraced with great enthusiasm, and one that left me with the desire to one day open the doors of my home again.After taking a break to dedicate myself to my family, today I feel ready to continue this journey with the same passion I had back then, but with a new awareness and a great desire to get back into the game.I would love to once again share my table, my cooking and my recipes, welcoming people into a warm and authentic home where they can feel at ease and enjoy the simple pleasure of good food and good company.
