My name is Ilenia, and my story with food began when I was a child, surrounded by the aromas and flavors of my grandmother Giuseppina’s kitchen. From her, I inherited a love for and dedication to the traditional dishes of Reggio Emilia, a passion that has been part of my life for over 30 years and continues to grow every day. Organizing dinners, buffets, and aperitifs has always been my way of expressing affection and sharing joy. My home has always been a gathering place for friends and acquaintances, a welcoming space where guests feel at home and always leave with a smile, happy and satisfied. Preparing and serving my delicious dishes brings me immense joy, as does sharing my knowledge and the secrets of cooking through dedicated classes. I strongly believe in the value of conviviality and the pleasure of spending time together, and my home is a true reflection of this philosophy.
