An authentic experience at the heart of Reggio Emilia’s traditions! I’ll welcome you into my open-plan living area overlooking the park for a special dinner where you can watch the dishes being prepared right before your eyes.
We’ll start with stria dorata, before moving on to the stars of the evening: homemade green tortelli topped with a sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano. Next, we’ll serve the traditional ‘montanaro’ gnocco fritto, hot and fragrant, accompanied by a selection of local cured meats and cheeses. To round off the meal in style, the king of Italian desserts: tiramisu.
The entire tasting menu will be paired with the sparkling Lambrusco Bollino Rosso Caprari.

From her, I inherited a love for and dedication to the traditional dishes of Reggio Emilia, a passion that has been part of my life for over 30 years and continues to grow every day. Organizing dinners, buffets, and aperitifs has always been my way of expressing affection and sharing joy. My home has always been a gathering place for friends and acquaintances, a welcoming space where guests feel at home and always leave with a smile, happy and satisfied. Preparing and serving my delicious dishes brings me immense joy, as does sharing my knowledge and the secrets of cooking through dedicated classes. I strongly believe in the value of conviviality and the pleasure of spending time together, and my home is a true reflection of this philosophy.
