My cuisine originates from locally sourced, zero-kilometer raw materials, often grown in the family garden. Based on these products, which also distinguish Sicilian cuisine, I enjoy experimenting or simply offering typical dishes. I could describe it as genuine, simple, sustainable cuisine, which also relies on recipes passed down from my grandmother and is characterized by a good dose of passion for what I love most to do: cooking, precisely.

Gina was a wonderful teacher and everything turned out delicious! we had so much fun cooking and talking and eating. It was like learning to cook in your your Mamma or Nonnas kitchen. Gina was so sweet and authentic. Her husband stopped in to sample the food with us and he was delightful too. If you are ever in Sicily and you have any interest in cooking, take a class with Gina. You will not be disappointed!

Luigina was a very knowledgeable guide during our visit to cheese factory in Cinisi. The the young ladies made our experience in making ricotta, caciocavallo and other cheeses an outing that my family enjoyed immensely. Thank you. Guilfoy family.

We had the best time with Gina. Gina is very kind and hospitable; we felt very comfortable with her. She and her husband gave us a very warm welcome. Cooking together was great fun, and we had a very nice talk while eating together. The cooking class with Gina is a great way to get to know Sicilian culture better.

A unique experience. We laughed, learned, cooked and, above all, met an authentic Sicilian couple, in love with their land and their cuisine, who passed on the art of good cooking to us. It was a pleasure to share it with Gina and her attentive husband who took care of us and pampered us at every moment. If you are in the area, take the opportunity to dine with authentic products of unparalleled quality. THANK YOU THANK YOU AND THANK YOU.

I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience with Luigina—she is simply amazing! From the start, her kindness and warmth made me feel so welcome, and she shared her passion for Sicilian cooking with such genuine enthusiasm. The setting was beautiful, and despite the rainy weather, we got to make pizza in her son's cozy Airbnb with a wood-fired oven. Her husband, who handled the fire, was just as sweet, making the whole experience feel like a true family gathering. Luigina’s teaching style was so natural; she made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Every ingredient was fresh, including her own handmade sauce, and I got to try so many different pizza combinations—all incredibly delicious. She even made special dough balls; some with sugar and some with cheese, that added a unique touch to the experience. Plus, she took the time to explain how to make arancini, which was such a fantastic bonus! Even when a huge storm hit, Luigina and her husband went out of their way to drive me back to my accommodation, showing just how thoughtful and caring they are. The food, the atmosphere, and Luigina’s incredible hospitality made this experience unforgettable. If you’re in Sicily, this is an absolute must. Thank you, Luigina—you’re truly incredible! I will absolutely be returning to do this again. Lots of appreciation and love from Canada!
