Based on these products, which also distinguish Sicilian cuisine, I enjoy experimenting or simply offering typical dishes. I could describe it as genuine, simple, sustainable cuisine, which also relies on recipes passed down from my grandmother and is characterized by a good dose of passion for what I love most to do: cooking, precisely.
