I cannot express enough gratitude for my experience with Luigina—she is simply amazing! From the start, her kindness and warmth made me feel so welcome, and she shared her passion for Sicilian cooking with such genuine enthusiasm. The setting was beautiful, and despite the rainy weather, we got to make pizza in her son's cozy Airbnb with a wood-fired oven. Her husband, who handled the fire, was just as sweet, making the whole experience feel like a true family gathering. Luigina’s teaching style was so natural; she made everything feel easy and enjoyable. Every ingredient was fresh, including her own handmade sauce, and I got to try so many different pizza combinations—all incredibly delicious. She even made special dough balls; some with sugar and some with cheese, that added a unique touch to the experience. Plus, she took the time to explain how to make arancini, which was such a fantastic bonus! Even when a huge storm hit, Luigina and her husband went out of their way to drive me back to my accommodation, showing just how thoughtful and caring they are. The food, the atmosphere, and Luigina’s incredible hospitality made this experience unforgettable. If you’re in Sicily, this is an absolute must. Thank you, Luigina—you’re truly incredible! I will absolutely be returning to do this again. Lots of appreciation and love from Canada!

Words cannot express how wonderful our experience was with Gina. I usually don’t write reviews but I will make an exception in this case. Gina patiently guided us through the entire process, from the preparation of the fresh vegetables for the three sauces to the proportioning and technique for three types of pasta to accompany the dishes. Gina served each dish with Sicilian style and grace, with wine and other accompaniments. Further, she finished our feast with home made Sicilian cookies, Limoncello( the best I have ever had) and freshly picked pomegranates from her garden. Gina was fluent in English and graciously transported us to and from our Hotel in Terrasini. You can’t duplicate that integrity ANYWHERE! We could not have asked for more. If ever in Sicily, do yourself a favor and book your cooking class with Gina; she is the absolute BEST!!

**Wonderful Cooking Class with Gina in Cinisi – An Unforgettable Experience!** My Friend and I had the great pleasure of attending a cooking class with Gina in Cinisi, and it was simply fantastic! Gina is an incredibly warm and friendly host who welcomed us with open arms. From the very beginning, we felt right at home – it was like being in "Mamma's" kitchen. Together, we cooked a typical Sicilian dish: Macaroni alla Norma. Gina patiently explained each step to us and shared many interesting stories about Sicily, its traditions, and life on the island. She was always open to our questions and answered them with warmth and practical advice. We especially appreciated that she also told us about Cinisi and the local history, as we were very curious. In addition to her culinary expertise, Gina was a fun and welcoming personality. There was a lot of laughter, and the atmosphere was relaxed and family-like. After cooking, we all sat down together to enjoy the meal we had prepared – a moment we will never forget. The house was beautiful, clean, and tidy. Everything was perfectly organized, and we felt completely comfortable. It was truly an unforgettable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience the authentic side of Sicily. Thank you, Gina, for this wonderful day! We will definitely come back!!

Gina's Cooking Class in Cinisi: A Culinary Journey Through Sicily I had the pleasure of attending Gina's cooking class in Cinisi, and I can say it was a wonderful experience! Gina is a warm and passionate host who not only taught us how to prepare typical Sicilian dishes like Pasta alla Norma and Caponata but also shared a lot about the culture and history of Sicily. The atmosphere in her kitchen was cozy and inviting. Gina welcomed us with open arms and immediately made us feel like friends. Her explanations of the ingredients and preparation steps were very clear and detailed, so by the end, we were proud of our homemade dishes. I was particularly impressed by how Gina emphasized the tradition and authenticity of Sicilian cuisine. She told us that many of the ingredients used, such as eggplants, tomatoes, and capers, come directly from her region and have been used in her family for generations. This gave the dishes a very special touch. In addition to cooking, we also had the opportunity to learn a lot about the land and its people. Gina shared her experiences and anecdotes, giving us insight into life in Sicily. This made the class a holistic experience where we not only enjoyed delicious food but also learned about the culture and traditions. Overall, I can highly recommend Gina's cooking class. Whether you are a fan of Sicily or simply enjoy trying new dishes, you will be welcomed with open arms and have an authentic and unforgettable experience. Thank you, Gina, for this wonderful day in your kitchen!

My cuisine originates from locally sourced, zero-kilometer raw materials, often grown in the family garden. Based on these products, which also distinguish Sicilian cuisine, I enjoy experimenting or simply offering typical dishes. I could describe it as genuine, simple, sustainable cuisine, which also relies on recipes passed down from my grandmother and is characterized by a good dose of passion for what I love most to do: cooking, precisely.
