We will prepare together typical dishes of my land, with ingredients, flavors and colors that recall the Sicilian tradition.
We will start with stuffed eggplant rolls, prepared according to the traditional recipe with breadcrumbs, passolina and pine nuts. Then we will make fresh pasta alla Norma, an iconic dish of Sicilian cuisine. Finally, to end on a sweet note, I will delight you with an excellent ricotta cheese dessert. What do you say? Every day, I strive to bring to the table dishes typical of Italian and Sicilian cuisine. I use local products from our territory and prefer fresh, seasonal ingredients. I enjoy cooking everything, from appetizers to desserts, with a particular preference for main courses. Having lived in Rome and Milan, I like to cook not only dishes from my homeland, Sicily, but also dishes from central and northern Italy. In fact, my cooking is not confined to the tradition of my region but is influenced by the experiences I have lived.
