We will prepare together typical dishes of my land, with ingredients, flavors and colors that recall the Sicilian tradition.
We will start with stuffed eggplant rolls, prepared according to the traditional recipe with breadcrumbs, passolina and pine nuts. Then we will make fresh pasta alla Norma, an iconic dish of Sicilian cuisine. Finally, to end on a sweet note, I will delight you with an excellent ricotta cheese dessert. What do you say?
