You’ll be welcomed into my home with a traditional Italian aperitivo, before we roll up our sleeves to make authentic Sicilian arancini together. Once they’re fried to perfection, we’ll enjoy them with a refreshing glass of white wine. To finish, we’ll savor seasonal fruit and a creamy ricotta dessert served with a deconstructed cannolo. I can’t wait to share this true Sicilian experience with you—full of flavor, tradition, and warm hospitality!

I especially love cooking seafood dishes, perhaps because they are my favorite. Being a Molisana living in Sicily, my cuisine is a blend of flavors and traditions from both regions, ranging from meat to fish, without forgetting desserts. In any case, I prefer balanced flavors, without overusing spices or condiments!
