We will visit the Capo market , which remains the only market still frequented by Palermitans buying fruits and vegetables , where however you can appreciate all the Sicilianity of a real market .

After visiting the market we will go to my house where a spectacular aperitif will be waiting for you on the terrace if it is summer , and you can taste typical dishes of the city' such as sfincione , panelle e cazzilli , arancinette , la caponata and a bruschetta . All accompanied by a bottle of bubbles , you do not know what bubbles are . Come and find out at my house

 In Sicily, especially in Palermo, there is one true regional cuisine — based on four essential ingredients: pasta, olive oil, vegetables, and oily fish. These are the foundations of my cooking. My dishes reflect this tradition, but I love to add a touch of imagination and a desire to experiment, always staying true to the spirit of our ancient recipes. I use ingredients that are deeply connected to the land and sea of Sicily. I welcome my guests here in Palermo, but through my food, I also invite them to discover the aromas and flavors of Favignana, Ustica, and San Vito Lo Capo.
