The dishes prepared by Rosa Maria reflect this tradition, revised with imagination and the desire to experiment, in keeping with the ancient recipes.Our Cesarina offers dishes inextricably linked to products and raw materials of the island; Rosa Maria welcomes us in Palermo but invites us to discover the aromas and flavors of Favignana, of Ustica and of San Vito Lo Capo.

Food was great and we had a good time. Only recommendation I have is to make the situation a little less awkward. Talking in Italian with each other and silence at the table was a little uncomfortable and so we left sooner than expected. But otherwise we had a unique experience. Thank you.

We had the most incredible time with Rosa Maria. Her cooking and story telling is incredible along with her beautiful home. Her husband and friend also help out and then you enjoy a beautiful dinner together in their dining room. Their home is gorgeous and they have lots of great stories and recommendations for Sicily. If you’re looking for authentic, look no further. Her father was a Michelin star chef and she worked there for many years. She was born and raised in Palermo so it doesn’t get any more authentic than this. We made homemade pasta with pesto, eggplant, and a cannoli dessert along with wonderful red and white wine. You feel like family when you leave. Do not hesitate!!!!! Thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️
