My cooking is inspired by respect for seasonality and a careful search for high-quality local ingredients, which I personally select at the markets of Palermo or directly from local producers.I favor fresh seafood, garden vegetables, and extra virgin olive oil, the stars of simple yet character-filled recipes. Each dish becomes a way to share a story, a memory, or an emotion connected to my homeland. I bring together authenticity and hospitality, because for me, cooking is above all about making people feel at home.
