I've always been passionate about cooking, even during my time as a teacher at the Hospitality Institute. I used to go down to the kitchens with the students, where I particularly focused on a theoretical and practical course, cooking dishes from the civilizations that have influenced Sicilian cuisine, from the ancient Greeks to the present day. It was a splendid experience, allowing me to deepen my understanding of the history and gastronomic culture of our land.
