If I had to describe my cooking in one word, it would undoubtedly be “tradition.” Growing up in an environment where tradition was ever-present, I inherited a rich culinary heritage from my mother, a true Sicilian at heart. Thanks to her, I have cultivated a deep connection with cooking—a space that ties me to my roots, to myself, and to the people I cook for, always with enthusiasm and passion.This is what led me to join this platform: to expand my table and share my love for food with an even wider audience. Because, for me, true happiness lies in sharing!And, following my daughter’s advice, I’m ready to put myself to the test... or rather, to the stove!
