    Plan a different and fun bachelorette party for your best friend !

    I will teach you how to make a fresh pasta that you can decide between Busiate , gnocchi , ravioli or tagliatelle with a different sauce depending on the pasta we will decide together . And then we will also make together a typical Palermo dessert the gelo di mellone. If the weather permits we will eat on the terrace with a view of the Teatro Massimo and the rooftops of Palermo.

    Rosa María and her family are WONDERFUL. They were very smiling, welcoming and adorable to me and my fiancé. She is an amazing chef and she cooked us traditional Sicilian dishes that we had never heard of (which were incredible delicious) The whole experience was so special and unforgettable.     The best pasta I had in Sicily was the pasta I made with Rosa Maria in her home in Palermo. We made a northern Italian pasta with fried zucchini and mint and a Sicilian pasta with aubergine and tomato sauce and both were simple yet superb. We also made a dolci called Genovese, which is a shortbread cookie with cream filling. Rosa Maria was expert and patient in guiding myself and teen daughter through the process of preparing the dough, rolling the dough and using the machine. Best cooking experience yet and lovely to then share the meal with her husband and live in nanny. Rosa Maria is passionate about her native food and a highly accomplished cook. You must try it!

    What an experience! We were a party of six and wanted a private cooking experience, Rosa Maria did not disappoint. We were welcomed warmly into her and Massimo’s home and from the start the whole event was flawless. Rosa Maria is clearly an outstanding cook and she perfectly guided us through the menu and we were all included in the process which was fun and entertaining. One of our group is not known for cooking and yet with her guidance he loved the process and was thoroughly engaged. It was the highlight of the vacation and the lunch was delicious. We are left with fabulous memories and recipes to try at home. It’s a must!
