Organize a unique and fun bachelorette party for your best friend! I will teach you how to make fresh pasta, and you can choose between Busiate, gnocchi, ravioli, or tagliatelle with a different sauce depending on the pasta we decide on together. Then we will also make a typical Palermo dessert, gelo di mellone.
Weather permitting, we will eat on the terrace with a view of the Teatro Massimo and the rooftops of Palermo.

Cesarina from 2018Location: Palermo Languages: Italian, English, French In Sicily, especially in Palermo, there is one true regional cuisine — based on four essential ingredients: pasta, olive oil, vegetables, and oily fish. These are the foundations of my cooking. My dishes reflect this tradition, but I love to add a touch of imagination and a desire to experiment, always staying true to the spirit of our ancient recipes. I use ingredients that are deeply connected to the land and sea of Sicily. I welcome my guests here in Palermo, but through my food, I also invite them to discover the aromas and flavors of Favignana, Ustica, and San Vito Lo Capo.
