Market tour and Sicilian cooking class

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

We meet in the morning at one of the most historic markets and do our shopping together. We will customize our menu according to your preferences or intolerances and buy the ingredients that we will use together to prepare our lunch.

After a 30-40 minute tour of the market, we will walk for 15 minutes to reach the house, a beautiful apartment with a terrace overlooking Palermo Cathedral, located in a historic 18th-century building: Palazzo Asmundo. We will start cooking while tasting cheeses, olives, and other local specialties, always accompanied by a good glass of Sicilian wine. We will prepare a 4-course traditional Sicilian menu from appetizer to dessert with Sicilian wines and, to finish, the house limoncello!
