    An old tradition that is repeated every year in many families in Sicily. There is no better satisfaction than tasting all year round the intense taste of fresh summertime tomatoes. It is essential, however, to follow a few rules well.

    In this experience you will learn how to make tomato sauce following an old recipe from Nonna, how to choose the ideal tomatoes for prepping sauce, cooking in the pot and importantly storage to enjoy it whenever you want.
    We will end the experience as tradition dictates with a spaghetti with the freshly made sauce and lots of basil. A surprise awaits you at the end of the experience!

    "I was passionate about cooking and food since I was a child, accomplices grandmother who loved to cook and the whole family who loves to eat well. Sicily, like all Italy, has an invaluable gastronomic heritage, whose recipes and preparations vary from house to house, not only between cities and provinces. This gives the palate the opportunity to enjoy the same traditional dishes with different ingredients, techniques and stories."
