    Sicily is a land of contamination and intense flavors: among them, cous cous is one of the most symbolic dishes of Arab heritage. In this cooking class in Palermo, we will prepare together a vegetable cous cous with fresh produce from my garden. We will start with a welcome drink while sipping a cool local white wine, then we will get to cooking! We will end the experience with the preparation of ricotta and chocolate cream to fill real Sicilian cannoli, to be enjoyed with a panoramic view of the city. An authentic and convivial experience between traditional cuisine and Sicilian hospitality. I am waiting for you!

    I especially love cooking seafood dishes, perhaps because they are my favorite. Being a Molisana living in Sicily, my cuisine is a blend of flavors and traditions from both regions, ranging from meat to fish, without forgetting desserts. In any case, I prefer balanced flavors, without overusing spices or condiments!
