Together, we’ll prepare this crispy fried pastry dusted with sugar, following my grandmother’s authentic recipe. Before we start, I’ll welcome you with a traditional aperitif, followed by a delicious “Picchio Pacchio” spaghetti with fresh cherry tomatoes, paired with local white wine.
