I will welcome you in my bright garden, surrounded by greenery. We will start with an aperitif of sfincione and stuffed zucchini flowers to welcome you. All the ingredients are km 0, an authentic expression of Sicilian cuisine: the fish is local, the ricotta comes from the sheep that graze here, genuine and fresh. We will also taste my cannoli, with handmade zest, among the best you have ever tasted. We will make fresh pasta together with eggs from my chicken coop, topped with organic cherry tomatoes and fresh shrimp. We will complete with sarde a beccafico, a riot of flavors between lemon and sugar. Finally, you will taste my homemade mandarin liqueur.

Antonella è stata un’eccezionale padrona di casa, ottima cuoca, solare, simpatica e dinamica. Abbiamo scelto la sua proposta di Cooking Class per un evento aziendale di Team Building ed è stato tutto perfetto! Antonella è venuta incontro alle esigenze del nostro gruppo numeroso integrando nel menu alternative vegetariane e vegane, accontentando così tutti. Il menù prevede un’ampia varietá di pietanze, noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di assaggiare: caponata, sfincione, formaggi misti, arancine, panelle, crocchette di patate, dolcetti di pasta di mandorla ed un favoloso cannolo! I await you in a magical place, surrounded by nature in Bagheria, amidst citrus, loquats, and olive trees, facing the sea and Mount Catalfano.  "I like to savor rural life in all its facets; every day I collect fresh eggs to make pasta and vegetables for my omelettes. I live in the hills in a house with a large and bright veranda and a beautiful garden with a wood oven and barbecue. I love the company and the cuisine of my territory, which I sometimes like to revisit with a personal and modern touch."
