    We will enjoy three traditional appetizers together: my much-praised eggplant rolls with stringy tuma cheese and muddica cunzata, fried tuma cheese with Aspra anchovies, and sfincione bagherese. This will be followed by a first course with wild fennel and sausage, or a fish first course. Next, we will enjoy the cannoli we have prepared. We could change the pasta first course to meat or fish rolls. Everything is made with top-quality ingredients, only family recipes to be enjoyed outdoors, with farm animals and plenty of space for children, who are welcome.

    Antonella was an exceptional hostess, an excellent cook, sunny, friendly and dynamic. We chose her Cooking Class proposal for a corporate Team Building event and everything was perfect! Antonella catered to the needs of our large group by integrating vegetarian and vegan alternatives into the menu, thus satisfying everyone. The menu includes a wide variety of dishes; we had the pleasure of tasting: caponata, sfincione, mixed cheeses, arancine, panelle, potato croquettes, almond paste pastries and a fabulous cannolo!
