In my kitchen nestled in the green hills, I offer a culinary experience dedicated to the simplicity and goodness of seafood, following family recipes passed down through generations. The setting is welcoming: a bright veranda allows guests to enjoy dishes serenely, surrounded by nature, with the option to explore the garden and meet chickens and ducks. Ideal for groups and families, the menu includes sardines a beccafico, crostini with marinated anchovies, fish meatballs with sweet and sour red Tropea onions. For first courses, risotto with garden zucchini and shrimp or seafood risotto; for the main course, swordfish rolls with oven-roasted aromatic potatoes. Not to be missed is the mussel soup, where dipping crostini is a must.

We thoroughly enjoyed the experience, patience and wisdom in bringing arancina and authenthic pizza dough to our hands and hearts. I live in the hills in a house with a large and bright veranda and a beautiful garden with a wood oven and barbecue. I love the company and the cuisine of my territory, which I sometimes like to revisit with a personal and modern touch."
