I am Rosa Maria, your Cesarina in Palermo. I will guide you to discover the scents and flavors of Palermo and Sicily. One lesson I learned from my family is never to give up on fried food. In Palermo, fried food is a true delight, and in my menu, I offer it as an appetizer: from "panelle" to "arancinette," vegetables in batter, and eggplant cutlets.

Afterwards, we will dive into making "cavatelli," a typical Sicilian fresh pasta, which I will dress with a delicious sausage and fresh or aged ricotta ragù. To conclude, I will let you savor a lemon cream, a dessert that will cleanse the palate from all the intense flavors we have enjoyed. I look forward to welcoming you for an authentic culinary experience with me in Palermo.

I really liked Rosa Maria. he explained everything to us very nicely and patiently. I cooked two types of pasta and tiramisu. they were the best I ate in Italy. it was very pleasant company and I'm glad I chose this activity. we thank her for this wonderful evening and will get back to her with pictures when we re-network at home. thank you very much for this typical italian experience!

I had one of the best cooking experiences with Rosa in my entire life. Her culinary knowledge and her patience met my expectations and then some. She taught us how to make homemade pasta and ragu sauce. Rice balls were fun to make and turned out delicious. To top everything off rolled sponge cake with a chocolate chip ricotta filling and I had two servings. Rosa and Sally were the bomb. Rosa took a liking to me and picked on me the whole night. I enjoyed the attention and was even rewarded with a signed apron. I would not only recommend but I will see you if I ever come back to palermo. Rosa thank you for an unforgettable experience. Thank you so much Rosa Maria and Massimo ! Our stay was everything we had hoped for and more ! They are both lovely people, the apartment ist pristine! We chose this place for we were were hoping to enjoy as much of the Sicilian eggplant and we were not disappointed! We loved the dishes Rosa has prepared for us. She is a very skillful cook. We enjoyed lunch and had a lot of fun. We would definitely book with Rosa again next time !
