I propose a Sicilian culinary experience with traditional dishes from my home, passed down to me and by the skilled hands of my mother and grandmother.
The meat menu I propose will consist of: Appetizer: eggplant rolls First course: baked pasta anelletti with meat sauce Second course: Messina meat chops with side dish Dessert: ricotta and chocolate cake
All accompanied by excellent Sicilian wine. During harvest times, at my house you can also enjoy excellent Ribera DOP oranges, the best-known blond oranges in the world! All dishes can be offered in a vegetarian version.

I enjoy cooking everything, from appetizers to desserts, with a particular preference for main courses. Having lived in Rome and Milan, I like to cook not only dishes from my homeland, Sicily, but also dishes from central and northern Italy. In fact, my cooking is not confined to the tradition of my region but is influenced by the experiences I have lived.
