I propose: Appetizer: single servings of eggplant parmigiana. First course: fresh pasta tagliatelle alla norma (tomato sauce, fried eggplant and salted ricotta cheese) Second course: stuffed meat "Brusciuluni" with side dish Dessert: ricotta cheese cake

Every day, I strive to bring to the table dishes typical of Italian and Sicilian cuisine. I use local products from our territory and prefer fresh, seasonal ingredients. I enjoy cooking everything, from appetizers to desserts, with a particular preference for main courses. Having lived in Rome and Milan, I like to cook not only dishes from my homeland, Sicily, but also dishes from central and northern Italy. In fact, my cooking is not confined to the tradition of my region but is influenced by the experiences I have lived.
