Sunday lunch: authentic and convivial sicily

"As a native of Palermo I love to cook mainly traditional Palermo and Sicilian dishes. Among the dishes I love to cook are the aubergine and artichoke caponata, the Sicilian meat rolls and the baked anelletti ... my grandchildren's favorites. ! Most of the recipes I make have been handed down to me by my mother, an excellent cook, also with a passion for cooking.
