    The dishes on this menu have among their main ingredients seasonal vegetables, namely artichokes, in a Palermo version, and a meat main course typical of our land, used especially at holiday tables, meatloaf. I would like to emphasize that the products I choose are in season and that the oil used is absolutely organic. Dessert is chosen from time to time according to the availability of ingredients and time. All washed down with a good red wine and lots of Sicilian good cheer!
