    I look forward to creating together two traditional dishes of my hometown's festivities: baked anelletti and cannoli with ricotta cream. I live in Bagheria, a town not far from Palermo, in a charming villa boasting a cosy garden and a welcoming patio filled with plants and flowers. My spacious kitchen, bathed in light and family warmth, is equipped with a wood-burning oven and stove! We will tackle each aspect of the preparation together: we'll fry the eggplants, prepare the ragù for the pasta, the ricotta cream, and knead the dough for the cannoli. In short... I'll make you fall in love with these dishes, treasures of my hometown and family tradition!

    Thank you so much for a lovely lunch! Francesca prepared most of it, but had our children make the pasta. A truly great (and tasty :) experience for them, which they will be talking about for a long time to come!

Our Cesarina brings Sicilian recipes to the table, rich in contrasts, where sweet is combined with salty, sweet and sour is used a lot and dried fruit is perfect on meat, fish and vegetables. "All this is the result of the cultures that have passed through our land. My cuisine is linked to the traditions of both my area and my family. I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
