    We will cook together a traditional Sicilian first course. What could be nicer than preparing ancient dishes, like those of our grandmothers? If you are curious and want to try making them with me, book this experience. We will spend some time in the kitchen, chatting and having fun, sipping excellent local wine. And then we will enjoy the recipe we prepared together, outside in our garden.

    Thank you so much for a lovely lunch! Francesca prepared most of it, but had our children make the pasta. A truly great (and tasty :) experience for them, which they will be talking about for a long time to come!

Our Cesarina brings Sicilian recipes to the table, rich in contrasts, where sweet is combined with salty, sweet and sour is used a lot and dried fruit is perfect on meat, fish and vegetables. "All this is the result of the cultures that have passed through our land. My cuisine is linked to the traditions of both my area and my family. I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
