    In my family, cooking has always valued raw materials, and now I like to experiment with new combinations. I will take you on a discovery of traditional dishes passed down in my family. It will be an amazing experience! Together, we will prepare two types of artisanal pasta using ancient varieties of wheat, then we will move on to Grandma's meatballs, to be made together as I reveal the family secrets for perfect cooking. And, of course, everything will be accompanied by local wines.

    Thank you so much for a lovely lunch! Francesca prepared most of it, but had our children make the pasta. A truly great (and tasty :) experience for them, which they will be talking about for a long time to come!

    Francesca lives in Bagheria, the 'city of villas', a land kissed by the sun and the sea breeze. Our Cesarina brings Sicilian recipes to the table, rich in contrasts, where sweet is combined with salty, sweet and sour is used a lot and dried fruit is perfect on meat, fish and vegetables. "All this is the result of the cultures that have passed through our land. My cuisine is linked to the traditions of both my area and my family. I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
