In this experience, I will teach you which type of flour to use for your dough, the right hydration and some little tricks for the perfect leavening. Let's prepare the toppings for pizzas together. I'll show you the ingredients for creating typical sicilian pizzas such as the Norma but you can also create Your own pizza with the available ingredients.

I'll teach you how to have a pizza with a crispy and well-baked crust in an ordinary home oven, as if it were baked in a wood one. Furthermore, we'll prepare the classic tiramisu, the Italian dessert par excellence, with a unique sicilian touch. You will become a homemade-pizza champion and once you get home you can organize a Pizza & Tiramisu dinner for your family and friends.

Alice and Francesco are amazing instructors and chefs. We had a wonderful time learning to make pasta and tiramisu, and enjoying the results of our efforts at the table with them.
