Imagine walking through the streets of Palermo and the streets are filled with typical scents and it will be a must to taste a typical Palermo street food : sfincione.

A very soft flatbread that encompasses all the flavors of Sicily: tomato sauce, caciocavallo cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs. Next we will prepare together the mattonella palermitana : a shell of soft leavened dough filled with a mouth-watering filling made with tomato puree , mozzarella and cooked ham and sprinkled with sesame seeds. To finish tiramisu : a world famous Italian dessert and I will reveal the secret of my family's recipe .

I wish there was a sixth star to give. Maria Rosa learned to cook in her father’s restaurant which had 2 Michelin stars and it comes through in everything, not only the food but the hospitality as well. Her friend Sally help with some English and with the cooking. You have to cook with them.
