Imagine walking through the streets of Palermo and the streets are filled with typical scents and it will be a must to taste a typical Palermo street food : sfincione.
A very soft flatbread that encompasses all the flavors of Sicily: tomato sauce, caciocavallo cheese, oregano and breadcrumbs. Next we will prepare together the mattonella palermitana : a shell of soft leavened dough filled with a mouth-watering filling made with tomato puree , mozzarella and cooked ham and sprinkled with sesame seeds. To finish tiramisu : a world famous Italian dessert and I will reveal the secret of my family's recipe .

- We came with high expectations, and Rosa Maria and Sally far exceeded them. The recipes are simple but elegant. The instruction was delightful. And the resulting food was delicious. I highly recommend experiencing this class.
- I wish there was a sixth star to give. Maria Rosa learned to cook in her father’s restaurant which had 2 Michelin stars and it comes through in everything, not only the food but the hospitality as well. Her friend Sally help with some English and with the cooking. You have to cook with them.
- Maria Rosa and Sally were amazing!! They took the time to work with us and explained everything along the way. And the end result was some of the best pasta I’ve ever had!! 11/10!!

I cooked two types of pasta and tiramisu. they were the best I ate in Italy. it was very pleasant company and I'm glad I chose this activity. we thank her for this wonderful evening and will get back to her with pictures when we re-network at home. thank you very much for this typical italian experience!
