Your experience

    For Sunday lunch, I invite you to enjoy an authentic menu typical of my region, consisting of a first course, second course and dessert;

    To begin with a timballo del Gattopardo with bucatini pasta served with mushroom sauce, cooked ham wrapped in a light puff pastry . For the second course we will prepare meat rolls with parmesan cheese and auricchio, mashed in oil and breadcrumbs. For dessert we will make Genovesi Ericine, typical Erice sweets: short pastry filled with a custard, baked in the oven.

    Rosa was great! She made sure we all were involved, stepping thru the steps in detail, answering all our questions and making sure we understood how to prepare great pasta and tiramisu!

The atmosphere was not only inviting but also incredibly informative, as Rosa Maria shared her knowledge of local ingredients, traditional recipes, and culinary techniques. What made the experience truly unforgettable was Rosa Maria's hospitality and passion for Sicilian cuisine. She went above and beyond to ensure that we each felt comfortable, engaged, and inspired. The meal we shared at the end of the class was not only a testament to our newly acquired cooking skills but also a celebration of Sicilian culture and tradition.     Our Cesarina offers dishes inextricably linked to products and raw materials of the island; Rosa Maria welcomes us in Palermo but invites us to discover the aromas and flavors of Favignana, of Ustica and of San Vito Lo Capo.
