This cooking class includes three pasta recipes, a welcome appetizer and is followed by lunch or dinner with the three pasta recipes prepared during the course. You can't miss the ravioli filled with ricotta cheese with Trapanese pesto, a delicacy seasoned with typical Sicilian ingredients. Come and give it a try!

Our experience with Francesca was fabulous. She is warm, welcoming and easy to communicate with. She is an incredibly cook and everything was beyond delicious. We truly felt that we had an authentic Sicilian dinner experience. She was so sweet to pack up our leftovers and we had them for lunch the next day. The food was just as amazing! We highly recommend Francesca and will do this again when we return to Palermo.

Francesca lives in Bagheria, the 'city of villas', a land kissed by the sun and the sea breeze. Our Cesarina brings Sicilian recipes to the table, rich in contrasts, where sweet is combined with salty, sweet and sour is used a lot and dried fruit is perfect on meat, fish and vegetables. "All this is the result of the cultures that have passed through our land. My cuisine is linked to the traditions of both my area and my family. I only use local products and I hope to be able to pass on to my guests all the passion and love that I put when I cook."
