Shared Experience

In a shared experience, other guests may be added, up to the maximum number of people that the host can accommodate. Therefore you may have the opportunity to share your passion for good food and cooking with other people from all over the world!

Your menu
  • Ravioli with seasonal filling (e.g. ricotta cheese, pumpkin,egglant, zucchini)
  • Busiate (a type of fresh pasta) with seasonal sauce (e.g.pesto, tomato sauce, artichockes, ricotta cheese
  • Tiramisù

In my kitchen you will learn how to prepare two different fresh pasta doughs to make two traditional pasta shapes. I will reveal all my secrets for making perfect dough, flavorful filling and cooking the pasta al dente! We will use traditional tools such as rolling pin, ravioli cutter and most importantly our hands, the essential tool to feel the dough! In addition, we will prepare the classic tiramisu, the quintessential Italian dessert, a creamy spoon dessert whose coffee sauce will be flavored with marsala wine. In addition to preparing the recipes you will get to learn secrets and anecdotes about the history of the dishes. At the end of the preparation you will be able to taste the dishes made, accompanying them with an excellent local wine.

Alice and her partner Francesco did a fantastic job and we really enjoyed the 2 evenings with them. Seasonal and natural cooking with old and traditional recipes is seldom to find and Alice and Francesco have specialized on that. We went twice and would have gone more often given the time.
