Ravioli and tiramisu

Cooking class: learn how to cook traditional & innovative Italian recipes from a local Cesarina

Let's prepare fresh pasta together, mixing flour with water or eggs to create different types of ravioli, a classic Italian dish. We’ll fill the ravioli with seasonal vegetables like artichokes, spinach, pumpkin, or even meat, for an explosion of flavors.

For the sauce, we’ll choose one of our specialties: a rich tomato sauce with fried eggplant and salted ricotta, a creamy parmesan sauce, or the classic butter and sage.

But before we start kneading, we’ll make a special tiramisu, passed down through my family, and toast with an Italian prosecco to make the experience even more unforgettable.
