    Join me in making one of the world's most beloved Italian recipes: lasagna! In this experience, we will create lasagna together the way you prefer: classic with meat sauce, vegetarian or even vegan. Kneading pasta is my passion, so we will make the fresh pasta sheet together, using flour and eggs, or water and flour for the vegan version. Then, we will make the meat sauce, both meat and vegetable, and a creamy béchamel sauce. At the end, we will enjoy the freshly made lasagna together, accompanied by a glass of Italian Prosecco, in a convivial and welcoming atmosphere.

    I wish there was a sixth star to give. Maria Rosa learned to cook in her father’s restaurant which had 2 Michelin stars and it comes through in everything, not only the food but the hospitality as well. Her friend Sally help with some English and with the cooking. You have to cook with them.
