    We will prepare a typical Sicilian fresh pasta: Busiate, pasta wrapped in a skewer, or Cavatelli, typical gnocchetti rolled on rigagnocchi.

    We will season the pasta according to the season: alla norma, with sausage ragout or with swordfish, cherry tomatoes and mint. I will prepare the surprise dessert beforehand.

    We had an excellent time with Rosa Maria and her assistant - they are charming and fun. I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish it was interesting and informative, and Rosa Maria is an absolute delight. She taught us how to make pasta from scratch in her beautiful apartment, which has a most modern and spacious kitchen. The resulting eggplant dish and tiramisu desert were incredible. I've made Pasta Norma about 100 times before but now I know how to make it properly Grazie Rosa Maria! We look forward to a return visit!
