The class will take place in my cozy home, where you will experience the true island atmosphere and its ancient traditions. The menu will include caponata, ricotta, cacio, tomato, and, of course, handmade ravioli, served with a delicious tomato sauce. To end on a sweet note, you will enjoy freshly filled ricotta cannoli. Finally, I will guide you through the charming village of Parrini, a small district of Partinico famous for its colorful buildings inspired by Gaudí’s style. A unique experience of flavor, tradition, and beauty!

- We had a wonderful time with Maria! She is a great host and we really enjoyed the course. Even though we booked very last minute the night before, Maria created a fantastic experience for us in such a short time! We would love to come back. Best regards.
- We had a wonderful day with Maria. Although we booked very last minute, after 8 pm the evening before the course, she was waiting for us the next day at 11 am with an interpreter and gave us a great pasta cooking class with wonderfully fresh ingredients. We had a lot of fun and felt completely comfortable. Should we ever come back to Sicily, we would be happy to visit again! Best regards.
