Hi from Manuela!

As a genuine Bolognese, my cuisine is traditional Bolognese with Tuscan influences since I am in the Emilian / Tuscan Apennines. My favorite dishes are the homemade first courses with the pasta rolled out with a rolling pin, tortelloni, balanzoni, smeraldini, ravioli, tagliatelle, lasagna, pasta, gnocchi.Traditional second courses such as chicken cacciatore, meatballs with mortadella, scalloped fillet, escalopes alla Petroniana,Desserts always present such as mascarpone, tiramisu trifle, rice cake, chocolate salami, tenerina...I love cooking and welcoming guests as if they were part of the family, making them feel at ease and pampering them.I create special menus suitable for intolerants, vegetarians, vegans; dinners between chats and greedy and enjoyable dishes all homemade and zero kilometer where possible to make my territory known.
