Hi from Maria Immacolata!

Maria Immacolata lives in Olbia, an area characterized by the presence of a spectacular landscape where the intense emerald waters and the imposing granite rocks frame a landscape dotted with promontories, coves and islands, while, in the hinterland, the scent he ancient past relives in the surprising archaeological evidence. Our Cesarina welcomes us in the large country house, to make us experience an enogastronomic experience through the typical products and recipes of Gallura; from the Gallura soup to the classic seadas to end with sweetness.

Our cooking class in Sardinia was truly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, our host made us feel so welcome she was kind, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could feel her love for Italian cooking and her pride in sharing her family recipes and traditions. We learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, a creamy tiramisu, and several other delicious Sardinian dishes all with local ingredients and lots of laughter. She guided us patiently through every step, teaching us not just the techniques, but the stories and meaning behind each recipe. The atmosphere was intimate and relaxed, like cooking with an old friend in her home. The meal we enjoyed together at the end was absolutely divine paired with local wine, great conversation, and the joy of something we created with our own hands. We left feeling full, inspired, and so grateful for this beautiful experience. It was authentic, heartfelt, and a true taste of Sardinia. We can’t recommend it enough!

Great cooking class, nice location. we had all the time with Maria, being the only 2 participants. that was nice, but I would recommend joining other people witch makes the experiance more special... if you have the opportunity offcourse, otherwise with the 2 of you is fine and private. Had a local dish before and made pasta and ravioli from scratch, and as desert also slef made offcourse tiramisu. great Host, great Experance great location. thank you Maria.

Words can not describe the love, our group has for Maria and her cooking class. Her patience with our husbands' cooking abilities, (haha) her want to have us learn her beautiful ways of cooking, and how much she enjoyed us coming to her home and letting us have a sneak peek into her life was simply amazing. The food was the best we've ever tasted. I would recommend Maria 10 out of 10 times. It's a must-do class while visiting Sardinia.

What a lovely morning we had at Maria Immacolata! The three hours flew by. She spoke with such passion about the ingredients and the preparation of the tiramisu and the two types of pasta. We throughly enjoyed making the dishes ourselves, and in between, we had some great conversations. Afterwards, we got to taste our own homemade pasta and tiramisu, accompanied by a glass of wine and an aperitif. It was truly worth it! Thank you, Maria!
