    I invite you to experience a unique cooking experience at my home in Olbia, where we will prepare a delicious traditional Sardinian three-course menu together. We will start with the famous "mazza frissa" appetizer, a flavorful specialty. Then, we’ll roll up our sleeves and make Sardinian agnolotti, following the traditional recipe, with all the secrets of Sardinian cuisine. Finally, we’ll end on a sweet note by preparing a tasty tiramisu. After cooking, we will sit down and enjoy the dishes we’ve prepared together. It will be a unique experience, where we won’t just cook but have fun as well. I can’t wait to welcome you into my home and cook together!

    Great cooking class, nice location. we had all the time with Maria, being the only 2 participants. that was nice, but I would recommend joining other people witch makes the experiance more special... if you have the opportunity offcourse, otherwise with the 2 of you is fine and private. Had a local dish before and made pasta and ravioli from scratch, and as desert also slef made offcourse tiramisu. great Host, great Experance great location. thank you Maria.

    Words can not describe the love, our group has for Maria and her cooking class. Her patience with our husbands' cooking abilities, (haha) her want to have us learn her beautiful ways of cooking, and how much she enjoyed us coming to her home and letting us have a sneak peek into her life was simply amazing. The food was the best we've ever tasted. I would recommend Maria 10 out of 10 times. It's a must-do class while visiting Sardinia.

    What a lovely morning we had at Maria Immacolata! The three hours flew by. She spoke with such passion about the ingredients and the preparation of the tiramisu and the two types of pasta. We throughly enjoyed making the dishes ourselves, and in between, we had some great conversations. Afterwards, we got to taste our own homemade pasta and tiramisu, accompanied by a glass of wine and an aperitif. It was truly worth it! Thank you, Maria!

    We enjoyed our evening with Maria! Her kitchen is beautiful, and we started with a tiramisu that seemed so simple to make, and it was delicious! We then moved onto the pasta, making 2 different versions of agnolotti, one with a tomato sauce and the other with butter and sage. The appetizers were delicious, and I've never had such fresh-tasting bruschetta! The creamy pecorino spread was also heavenly. She was a lovely host and shared the stories behind the culinary traditions and history of the food we were making.
