On the occasion of this cooking class, held just steps from the stunning beaches of the Costa Smeralda, near the famous Porto Cervo, I welcome you to my home to enjoy an experience focused on traditional Sardinian cuisine. We will prepare together a three-course menu: don’t worry, I will guide you step by step, making sure you understand every step and can recreate it on your own at home.

For the starter, we will prepare a savory pie with seasonal vegetables. Then we will move on to the first course, getting hands-on with the preparation of zuppa gallurese. We will finish on a sweet note with a traditional dessert. I look forward to seeing you!

Each dish is enhanced by organic, locally sourced products and paired with local wines that truly express the character of the region. Over the years, I have explored different cuisines, developing a personal style that blends tradition and creativity. I firmly believe that cooking is a universal language that brings people together and creates lasting memories. During my cooking classes, I aim to share techniques, knowledge, and small professional secrets, creating a warm, engaging, and enjoyable environment where cooking together becomes an experience to be lived and shared.
