My cooking is mainly based on traditional Sicilian dishes, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I offer eggplant caponata, platters with local cheeses and cold cuts accompanied by homemade mandarin and lemon jams, pasta alla norma, pasta with sardines, sarde a beccafico, Sicilian-style pork rolls, fresh pasta with meat sauce, and much more.
